Western Electric IE2 Industrial Electric Motors

Technical information

Western Electric IE2 Motors are supplied in 2D/2B type cast iron execution from frame size 160 to 400. All Western Electric IE2 Motors in cast iron are provided with NSK bearings. Western Electric IE2 Motors from frame size 63 to 132 are supplied in 2A type aluminum with NSK bearings.

Western Electric IE2 2D/2B Motors are provided with metal cable glands for main supply. Connections for accessories are provided with M20 metal blind caps.

Western Electric IE2 2A Motors are provided with plastic cable glands for main supply. Connections for accessories are provided with M20 plastic blind caps.

380-400V Y – Western Electric IE2 Motors ≤ 3 kW
380-400V Δ – Western Electric IE2 Motors ≥ 3 kW

Other voltages can be supplied by request.
